Your lunch plans stay on your phone
This policy covers the Grupo Nazca app. The website planner works the same way: it keeps your plan in this browser and opens your own email app to send it.
01
Who we are
This notice is published by GRUPO NAZCA S.A.S (NIT 901.975.034-2), Mz. B Casa 12, Urb. Prados del Norte, Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia. Contact: [email protected], +57 316 780 5727.
It covers the Grupo Nazca app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

02
What this notice covers
The notice covers the app on your phone: the menu, the lunch weeks you plan, saved weeks and the ways the app hands a week to you to send.
When you write to or call the restaurant, what you send is handled as described in the section on how the restaurant uses a week.

04
The lunch week you plan
The days, lunches, portions, lunch time, pickup or delivery choice and your notes form the week. The app keeps the week you are working on, and the weeks you save, on your phone.

05
Your name and contact details
To let the restaurant reply, a week can include your name, a phone number and an email address. You type them yourself; only the way of replying you choose is needed.

06
Delivery address
If you ask for delivery, the week includes the address and neighbourhood you type. They stay on your phone until you send the week.

07
Where your data is stored
Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.
Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

08
No account, no cloud copy
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

09
What the app does not collect
The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

10
No internet access
The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

11
Sending a week by email
When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the week written in it and addressed to the restaurant. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and from then on the email is handled by your email provider.

12
Calling the restaurant
When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with the restaurant's number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.

14
How the restaurant uses a week you send
A week you send reaches the restaurant through the channel you used. The restaurant uses it to confirm the days, the time and the total, and to prepare and hand over the lunches.
Ask the restaurant directly how long it keeps messages and orders.

15
No payments in the app
The app does not take payments and stores no card or bank details. The restaurant tells you how to pay when it confirms.

16
Your choices and deleting data
You can edit, duplicate or delete any saved week, and clear the week you are working on, at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.

17
Your rights under Colombian law
Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask GRUPO NAZCA S.A.S to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
Send such requests to [email protected].

18
Changes and contact
If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
Effective 2026-10-04. Questions: [email protected], +57 316 780 5727.
